After checking out of our hotel we had a few hours free to continue exploring London before leaving for our next destination, Nottingham, so we left our suitcases at a Stasher luggage storage. Sounds a bit ominous but we found that the service was fantastic! 

For just a few pounds our bags were stored in a secure room inside a hotel, just a few minutes walk from St Pancras Station, where we would be catching the Nottingham train in the afternoon. 

We took our backpacks and valuables with us, but were glad to leave our heavy bags behind for a few hours. We will definitely keep this option in mind for future trips!
