We arrived at Gatwick Airport in the early afternoon and found our way to our accommodation via a shuttle, a train and the London Underground. This was at peak hour and involved many stairs both up and down which was a bit challenging with all of our luggage, but we managed!
Our accommodation was near a shopping strip so we were able to find food quickly then sleep off our jetlag.
